If you’ve experienced significant bone loss in the upper jaw, zygomatic implants offer a reliable alternative to traditional implants that would otherwise require bone grafting. These longer implants anchor into the cheekbone (zygoma), which has sufficient bone density to support new teeth securely. Placed using computer-guided surgery for precision, zygomatic implants are fitted through the mouth and anchored in a single procedure, therefore reducing the need for multiple treatments.
